These are the famous words from munichs mayor Christian Ude when opening the Oktoberfest by taping the first barrel of bavarian beer.

From September 17th to October 3rd the Oktoberfest 2005 will be opening its gates for more than 6 million people from all over the world which will consume about 61,000 hectoliters of beer.

A minimum of 13 air-traffic-controllers just for munich, parallel approaches, loads of traffic and at least 5 hours of service, so no excuses for living in a different time-zone . The event will take place
